The Capital Delivery Hub manages Croydon Council’s ambitious capital programme bringing much needed surety to commercial, programme and quality objectives. The programme’s headline value is £500m over 5 years with a forecast spend of £140m over the next 2 years on construction and associated professional services.
The programmes under our management comprise; the Education Capital Programme, Connected Croydon and Special Projects. We have approaching 100 projects in development at any given stage from viability through to defect resolution, spread geographically throughout the borough, ranging in value from £100k to £35m.
